Filler Warehouse Ltd will not be held liable for any incorrect details entered into the website by the user on check out for our products.

Filler Warehouse Ltd will not be held liable for any additional postage charges added to the shipping cost due to missed collections or custom charges.

Items must be signed for as such please make sure someone will be there to collect the item.

Our policies and information is subject to change as and when required by Filler Warehouse LTD.

If you use our website in an unlawful and to united kingdom law we will contact law enforcement, you may commit a criminal act.

Filler Warehouse Ltd require all customers to send us their training certificates in order to purchase from us.

VAT will be added on your order at checkout.

Any logos of Filler Warehouse Ltd are owned by Filler Warehouse Ltd and any copy right or breach will be acted on to United Kingdom Law.

Our social media links will be on the website as well as reviews to third party websites. Filler Warehouse Ltd are not responsible for any damages or policies to third party websites. You will require our permission to link our website to any other website.

Any orders outside of the United Kingdom please contact us as additional charges will be required and Filler Warehouse Ltd are not responsible for any additional cost.

Any delays caused by bank holidays or strikes or any other event causing issues related to your order, Filler Warehouse are not held responsible or any refunds. If your item is seized by international customs we are not liable for any issues relating to this.

We use DPD and other third party couriers and are not responsible for any of their policies.

If your item is stolen or lost during delivery we are not responsible for this and you should take it up with the courier. However do get in touch with us as we always want our customers to be happy with our service we provide.

All items dispatched are quality checked before leaving the warehouse and wrapped in protective material.

The products are sealed by the manufactures, dates / batch numbers are checked for our records to ensure your product is compliant. We also check the weight of the product ensuring the product is inside the box. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during deliveries.

During the packing process if our warehouse operatives see that a box is damaged we will replace this with a none damaged box of the same product if in stock. If is this case we don’t have another product to replace this with, we will contact you directly with the choice to either send damaged box or choose another product. Although if your product gets damaged during the delivery process, we are not liable for any damage caused or refund.

If any items are damaged contact us within 24 hours and working together we can establish what the courier finds out after their investigation.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Filler Warehouse LTD mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Filler Warehouse LTD (“Filler Warehouse LTD”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Filler Warehouse LTD’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Filler Warehouse LTD through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Filler Warehouse LTD. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to FW LTD or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Filler Warehouse LTD mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
