To protect both our customers and their clients, we are introducing a new sticker authentication policy, so that you can be confident in the products you use.

How does the TEOFIL authentication sticker policy work?
It's important to us at Filler Warehouse that you are able to quickly verify your TEOFIL products. To make it simple, all genuine products sold by ourselves, or our trusted retailers, will now have a black authenticity label over the box opening.
If no sticker is present, we cannot guarantee that your product will be safe or effective to use. We recommend disposing of your product where no sticker is present and contact the retailer who sold the product to you.
In circumstances where a product has been tampered with and the sticker has been removed, no black sticker will be present and 'VOID' will appear on the box. Please avoid using any products that show the VOID text as it may not be safe to use.

- Black sticker present: Your product is genuine
- No sticker: The product was not distributed by Filler Warehouse and may not be genuine
- Voided text visible: The sticker has been removed and the product may have been tampered with

When will this policy be active?
Our new sticker authentication policy applies to all TEOFIL dermal fillers and skin booster products purchased from 15 December 2025.
